Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Spoolio (the "Service"), operated by KellTech Digital Business Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Spoolio is a production and order management tool for 3D-print sellers. It helps you track printers, filament inventory, product costs, orders, and margins, and optionally syncs order data from a connected Etsy shop. Spoolio is a business tool; it does not process payments on your behalf and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Connected Third-Party Accounts

If you connect your Etsy shop, you authorize Spoolio to access order and listing data from that shop via Etsy's Open API, solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for complying with Etsy's own terms of use. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of Etsy or any other third-party service we integrate with.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written consent

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Spoolio (products, orders, inventory, etc.). You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service, including any cost, margin, or profitability calculations, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Spoolio's cost and margin figures are estimates based on the inputs you provide (filament cost, print time, electricity rate, etc.) and are not guaranteed to be accurate. You are solely responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for business or pricing decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KellTech Digital Business Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
